Bad frame rates

Ive used this through a few user interface changes and the basics of the app remain pretty good.

The big problem is the app records nonstandard frame rates. Ex: It records anywhere from 24 fps to 24.03 fps without consistency.

This creates a nightmare in editing. Audio gets unsynced in a timeline. And transcoding the files bakes in the audio sync problem. Any post production workflow gets seriously complicated because of this tick. Badly needs to be fixed.
